This work transports you out of the problem state. Then, we gather your resources and we add that new resourced consciousness back into the context of your issue. Over time, that problem state becomes harder to access and the changes are made. 


Tapping and hypnosis/hypnotherapy work in different ways over the arc of this process. Sometimes, one technique resonates more than the other. Many times, a combination of techniques create the greatest shift.

Why Hypnosis?


Your subconscious mind is a force to be reckoned with.


It makes up about 95% of your brain power and consists of long term memory, emotions and feelings, and behavior and habit patterns. Our unconscious mind has a much stronger effect over experiences, behavior and body than we might realize. 


Hypnosis is a natural, altered state. We all come in and out of that state each day. In the state of hypnosis, our subconscious minds are open and receptive… and from that place we can make profound, sustainable change.


Hypnosis is a technique people can use to help facilitate changes in their behaviors, thoughts, and emotions safely and effectively. Changing thought patterns affect how we experience the world.


Intentions we set as we wake up, as we move through our day, as we live our lives will create our reality. Visualizing your desired state creates the same activity within the brain as if it is already happening. This repetition in hypnosis anchors in that desired state and you will see yourself living in this new way of being.
